How to pronounce “Siobhan”

How do you pronounce “Siobhan”, anyway?

Siobhan is an Irish gaelic word meaning “God is gracious.” It begins with a “sh” sound and it rhymes with “Yvonne.” To give you an idea, here is a partial list of alternate spellings I’ve seen:
Chevonne, Shavonne, Shivahn, Sh’vaughn, Shavaughn, Chavaun and so on.
